This service does NOT provide legal advice.
All AI-generated content is for research and drafting assistance only. It must be independently verified by a qualified solicitor before being relied upon or used in any legal matter. The solicitor using this tool retains full professional responsibility for all work product under SRA Principle 7 (Competence).
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for:
- Solicitors regulated by the SRA
- Legal professionals working under the supervision of a solicitor
- Authorised staff at UK law firms
By signing up, you confirm that you are a legal professional or are authorised by a legal professional to use this tool. Providing an SRA number (optional) confirms your status as a qualified solicitor.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use AI-generated output as final legal advice without professional review
- Submit output to a court or regulatory body without independent verification
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
- Use the Service to generate content for jurisdictions outside England, Wales, or Scotland
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the AI system
5. AI Output — Limitations
- AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
- AI output is generated based on available sources and may not reflect the most recent legislative changes
- All generated documents are drafts and must be treated as such
- The Service does not perform reserved legal activities as defined by the Legal Services Act 2007
- All downloadable documents are marked "DRAFT — For Solicitor Review"
6. Data and Privacy
- Documents you upload are processed locally in your browser and never stored on our servers
- Your data is never used to train AI models — this is a contractual guarantee

7. Subscriptions and Payment
- Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
- Paid plans are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on AI-generated content. The solicitor using the Service is solely responsible for verifying all output.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Professional Responsibility
You acknowledge that as a regulated legal professional, you are bound by the SRA Standards and Regulations. Your use of this tool does not diminish your professional obligations including:
- SRA Principle 2 — Acting with integrity
- SRA Principle 7 — Acting competently
- SRA Code 6.3 — Confidentiality of client information
- SRA Code 3.3 — Supervision of work
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI tools complies with your firm's policies and any applicable SRA guidance.
10. Intellectual Property
- You own the output generated from your queries
- We retain all rights to the Service, its software, and underlying technology
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
